  Scott has been a very reliable and trustworthy insurance agent. Recently, we were traveling and I had a question for him. I E-mailed him and he got back to me within minutes. I love the accessibility he gives his customers. He is very honest and business smart. I have never felt this comfortable with an insurance agent before. Being a health and life insurance agent myself, I know how important that is. Thank you, Scott for the last couple of years we have been with you and we are looking forward to our continued relationship for many more years.

  We have had great experiences with Scott and his staff. This agency is reliable and professional. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns and I feel that they are truly in business to help people. When I spoke with Scott about our changing needs, I didn't feel that he was pushing us to buy more insurance than what we needed. He sat down with me and was honest in saying that the coverage we had appeared to be adequate. He's looked for additional discounts for us and has made sure that we're getting the most for our money. It's also comforting to know that your insurance agent knows you and will recognize you when you run into each other out and about. Highly recommend Scott to friends and neighbors.

  I am a Sales Consultant I call insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance on mutual clients. These agency has a great service regardless if you are calling for service not just sales. I call sometimes other companies that once they find out it is not for a sale of a new policy they out you on hold or disconnect you. They assist everyone with great service! Thank you!   Hardest working insurance agent I have ever had to work with! Highly recommend this State Farm Agent. We moved to NM 4 years ago and found this agency. They were courteous, responsive and eager to meet our needs. We quickly received a quote (that was accurate, at that!) and became clients right away. Since our initial interactions with them, we have needed duplicate copies of things and they were quickly sent via email to us! Questions about our coverage for our auto and home needs are QUICKLY answered and or resolved. I never hesitate to ask as it is always handled in a quick call. I highly recommend this agency. The fact that they are in Rio Rancho, is always a plus! Thanks for the quality work! Hard to find these days.
